How do I start a return/exchange?

To initiate a return/exchange please email orders@saintheron.com within 14 days of receipt.

When will my order ship?

Orders take up to 2 business days to process and a tracking number will be sent to you via email.

Are taxes/duties included in the price?

Unfortunately taxes/duties are not included in the listed price. If you have questions about import taxes please email orders@saintheron.com.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or cancelled if they have not been processed for shipment. Please email orders@saintheron.com as soon as you realize you want to make a change. Once an item has shipped, unfortunately it can not be recalled.
