Watch the Must-see Visual for Sampha and Richard Russell Collab, “Close But Not Quite”

Not that we’re even close to over Sampha‘s stunning debut album Process, but we really can’t ever get enough of the one-of-a-kind crooner. That’s precisely why today is really a great day. In collaboration with XL Recordings’ Richard Russell, the British singer-songwriter and musician plunges deeper into our hearts with “Close But Not Quite,” the title track for Russell’s EP. A soft and still dancy cut, Sampha sings, “Am I so naive/ I feel like I don’t have the words/ Because I can’t speak,” between samples of the legendary Curtis Mayfield’s “The Makings of You.”
