It was announced earlier this week that Jay-Z will be assisting Hillary Clinton in rallying voters by supporting and performing at the “Get-Out-The-Vote” concert in Cleveland as part of the campaign’s “Love Trumps Hate” concert series.
Jay-Z isn’t new to supporting the Democratic party and encouraging the Black population to vote. In 2012 he performed for Barack Obama’s campaign in Columbus the day before the election, gathering a turn out of more than 15,000 people for the show. During the performance, Jay-Z switched his lyrics from “99 Problems” to “I got 99 problems, but Mitt ain’t one.”
Set for November 4th, the concert comes at the pivotal time just four days before the 2016 election. Tickets for the concert will be distributed on a first-come, first-serve basis near the Cuyahoga Country Board of elections at 3030 Euclid Avenue starting Friday, October 28th to Sunday, October 30th and beginning on Monday, October 31st at the Hillary for Ohio campaign offices, according to Billboard.
Be sure to get out and vote on November 8!
